Katie Sauvage

Katie started accountancy straight from school with a love for numbers it was the career that suited her.

Firstly training while she worked she obtained her AAT qualifications by the age of 19. She worked at Glover & Co in Scunthorpe and then Sean O’Donavan in Brigg as a apprentice for both companies.

In 2001 she joined Forrester Boyd and started her training towards her ACCA professional accountancy qualifications.

In 2005 she passed her final exams to obtain her full ACCA qualification.

She continued to work as a Senior Accountant at Forrester Boyd until she had her first child in 2008.

After taking some time for maternity leave she joined Hemming Vincent as a Senior Accountant and she worked there until 2012.

ACCA awarded fellowship to Katie in 2010.

Katie has three children with her husband Mark, and since leaving Hemming Vincent has worked as a subcontractor for accountants in the area.

Finally after all these years she has her practicing certificate as required by ACCA to enable her to start her own practice,
